Unless you actually applied for the job do not have anything to do with this ';job'; offer as you will probably be scammed out of a lot of money. They would probably ask you to send them money for a work permit, a flight ticket or a visa and if you send them any money you will not receive anything except demands for more money. Under no circumstance send them a photocopy of your passport or any other personal details.
