i heard, in rumor, she's scarred there was a hitman out there and she doesnt want people too know where she is. maybe true, may not be.
Because she's not his widow. She was married to someone else when she married James Brown making her marriage to James null and void.
By law, they were not married.
I read about that yesterday, it said that her and James Brown where never married. They went to get married a couple of years back and they couldnt legally get married cause she was still legally married to a man in TX. She had to wait for that divorce to go through before her and James Brown could sign the marriage license.. and they never actually signed it so legally she dont have any rights to his estate, only his kids do..
